What is the location and access The Farm is 230 Ha.
It is situated in Mohambe next to the Limpopo River.

Mohambe is situated on the main road (paved) between Chibuto and Chokwe.
From the paved road, there are 2 km of track to the entrance.
There are 3 hours of driving on good road to Maputo and one hour to XaiXai.

What activities are the neighbours
The farm has previously had row crops such as Onions, maize and beans.
The farm has also had 400 goats and 3,000 layers.
The largest neighbor is one of the major cattle operations in the province, and the neighbor on the eastern side grows vegetables on a 75 ha plot for sale in Maputo.

Water availability
The farm is situated 2 km from the Limpopo river.
There is a water channel leading to the farm, to supply the farm with water for animals and irrigation, there is installed an electrical pump with 200 m3/hr capacity at a pumping station next to the Limpopo river.

Outline of the improvements.
There are currently two structures, a house with 6 rooms and bathrooms. There are chicken coops for 2,400 layers.

The land is open country with half cleared; the other half is easily clear able.

Electricity is installed at the pumping station but not at the farm.
